The remaining amount is to be paid 60 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Damage Deposit
No security deposit is due.
Notes
No more than the booked numbers of guests are allowed.
Guests are not allowed to organize house parties, graduations, proms, gatherings, reunions, weddings, receptions, or similar functions.
